More and more people are making tea part of their daily food intake. Some people made it a habit to sip a cup of tea before or after meals to help digestion. Different people have different preferences when it comes to their tea. If it is your first time to drink tea you might be confused with all the terminologies. The terms green, black and organic white tea can leave you confused. Well for starters black and green tea are tea names based on the color they create once they get soaked with hot water. Ogranic white tea is something different. The term is based on the source of the tea itself.
